Chest — Measure around the fullest part of your chest with the tape level under the arms, arms down.
Pant Waist — Measure where you wear your pants, tape snug—not tight.

Pick your size using your body chest measurement. “Regular” offers a touch more ease; “Fitted” is sharper.

Pant Sizing with Suits — Suit pants are about 6 inches less than your measured chest. Example: Jacket 40 → Pants 34" measured waist. Your jean size is usually 2 inches smaller than your measured waist.
