3. Orders & Payments

Prices are listed in USD or CAD depending on your selection.
We accept all major credit cards and offer monthly installment options (see checkout for details).
For customers in the United States, sales taxes are not charged; however, duties or import fees may apply depending on your location.
For customers in Canada and other regions, applicable taxes and fees are added at checkout.
Orders are not final until payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping

We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
Processing time: 1–7 business days before dispatch.
All orders include tracking information.
International orders may be subject to customs inspections and delays beyond our control. Any additional duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.
Exclusions: Made-to-measure or altered garments are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events (strikes, weather, natural disasters, etc.).
- Minor variations in fabric, color, or fit.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
